When you are responsible for several sites, the useful question is where the budget should go first. We survey every roof to the same standard and return one consolidated report, so spend can be planned across the estate from a single document.
What the report contains
- A condition rating for each roof: red, amber or green.
- A cost plan for each site, separating work needed now from work that can be planned.
- A programme that sequences spend across the estate over the coming years.
Keeping it current
An annual inspection of each roof, reported against the previous year, keeps the programme up to date and picks up defects while they are still inexpensive to put right. We agree the scope and the annual fee at the outset.
