How do I know if my flat roof needs replacing or just repairing?

Condition, not age, decides it. If the membrane is sound and the failures are localised, a targeted repair or an overlay is usually right; widespread lap failure, trapped moisture, or repeated leaks point to replacement. A survey settles it in an afternoon.

Water is coming out at my gutter. Is the gutter the problem?

Rarely. Water tends to appear at the gutter because that is the lowest point it can reach, not because the gutter has failed. A fault higher up the roof lets water in; it then tracks along the liner sheet until it finds an exit, usually at a penetration or the gutter line. The gutter shows the leak; it seldom causes it. Our survey traces it back to the real source, so you fix the cause rather than chase the water.

What is a drone roof survey, and what do I get from it?

A calibrated aerial inspection of the whole roof, captured safely without walking a fragile surface. You receive annotated imagery and a written condition report setting out defects, priorities, and recommended action; enough to plan budgets and brief your board or insurer.

Can you survey multiple sites and give me one report?

Yes. For estates and portfolios we survey every site and return a single consolidated report with a red, amber, green rating per roof, so you can prioritise spend across the whole estate from one document.

Yes. The drone survey is free and comes with no obligation. You receive a clear view of the roof’s condition and an honest assessment of what, if anything, needs attention. If you decide to go further, we set out the options and the costs in writing first, so there are no surprises.
